For many, the death of a loved one is a hardship like no other. We feel adrift, rudderless, and completely alone.
To overcome this isolation, EVERMORE is partnering with Kelly Krause, creative director for Nature magazine, to create a bereavement box. Now, on your terms, in your own home, at your own pace, you will have a way to remember your loved one and integrate their love and legacy into your life.
Given the outcome of our initial focus groups, we are moving to the design phase of the bereavement box. We hope to have a prototype in late 2018 or early 2019. If you are interested in participating in our prototype focus groups, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Meet, Kelly, the brains behind "the box."
Kelly Krause is Creative Director for the international scientific journal Nature in London, where she leads a world-class team of designers, illustrators and media editors. Before joining Nature she was Art Director for Science magazine in Washington, DC. During her time at Science and now Nature, Kelly has worked closely with hundreds of high profile scientists in almost every scientific discipline imaginable to create dynamic, memorable visual content—from research figures to infographics, illustrations and animations.
Between her posts at Science and Nature Kelly completed an MA in Design for Development at Kingston University London. The program explored how design could be used for social good, with designers of different disciplines working together to address challenges in areas such as health and sustainability.
