  • Mothers Against Drunk Driving is dedicated to ending drunk driving, helping fight drugged driving, supporting the victims of these violent crimes, and preventing underage drinking.

  • Partnership for Drug-Free Kids is committed to helping families struggling with their son’s or daughter’s substance use by empowering families with information, support and guidance to get the help their loved one needs and deserves, while advocating for greater understanding and more effective programs to treat the disease of addiction.

  • Shatterproof is dedicated to ending the devastation addiction causes families.

Bereavement Support Groups

  • Bereaved Parents of the USA offers self-help groups to parents and families across the nation following the loss of a child.

  • Helping Parents Heal is dedicated to assisting bereaved parents to become Shining Light Parents by providing support and resources to aid in the healing process and allowing for the open discussion of spiritual experiences and evidence for the afterlife, in a non-dogmatic way. 

  • MISS Foundation is dedicated to caring for families experiencing the death of a baby or child at any age and from any cause.

  • Open to Hope is an online community offering inspirational stories of loss, hope, and recovery.

  • TEARS Foundation helps to lift the financial burden from families who have lost a child by providing funds to assist with the cost of burial or cremation services, as well as offer parents comprehensive bereavement care in the form of grief support groups and peer companions. 

  • The Compassionate Friends hosts local support groups throughout the country by providing support to any parent who has lost a child.

  • The Dinner Party fosters a community of people by facilitating dinners and inviting people from all walks of life to share their stories.

Emergency Responder Loss

  • Concerns of Police Survivors provides resources to help families and co-workers who have suffered the death of a family member or colleague while in the line of duty.

  • National Fallen Firefighters Foundation honors and remembers America's fallen heroes, to provide resources to assist their survivors in rebuilding their lives, and work within the fire service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries.

  • Cry for Me No More provides transformative services for the bereaved and help them move forward along their grief journey after a profound loss through workshops, lectures, and programs.

  • Heartlight Studios provides information for grievers and caregivers on current healing modalities in processing grief from trauma and loss in an organic mindful way that addresses the grief response for the whole body, mind, soul, and spirit.

  • JAMES Bereaved Parents Support Group is for parents, by parents, who have experienced the death of a child. The group meets monthly in the New York City area.

  • Pregnancy Loss Support Group is part of the National Council of Jewish Women and focuses on supporting mothers and fathers who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or newborn death.
